Single-Party Vol. 1
Our guests for the premiere of the soon to be legendary "Single-Party" are: CAULDRON and LUCIFERS BEARD out of the United Kingdom. COUNSELS from Germany. And finally NOWHERES, hailing from Sweden.
CAULDRON follow their stellar "Last Words"-EP from 2020 with their new Single "Futile". They continue their way of chaotic and crushing, yet melodic Metalcore in the vein of 7 ANGELS 7 PLAGUES or ZAO. They definitely upped their game in terms of production! "Futile" is a fuckin' wrecking ball and the B-side "Crossing the Threshold" is even more uncompromizing. Check this out if you want some quality Metalcore!
With two very good EPs, COUNSELS established themselves as a force to reckon with when it comes to blending Emo and Indie. Their new single "Cerebral" succeeds in the exact same way and is a nice teaser for their third EP, which will be out in Summer.
Chris Barnes aka LUCIFERS BEARD will definitely crush every Single Party with his groovy, refreshing version of Alternative-/Hard-Rock. "Shake on the Floor" also features bits of Dance- and Math-Punk and overall the song progression is really interesting and full of surprising details. This project could go anywhere thus I'm already curious how a potential album will turn out...
After last year's promising Demo, Linköping's NOWHERES are back with their new single "Don't look down". It's the first song of their upcoming 7-song-EP, that will be pressed on 12inch vinyl and should be ready by the end of 2022. Give these guys a shot if you're into honest, melodic Hardcore/Punk.
DeleteDu meinst "Last Words"?
DeleteDu trollst doch! https://cauldronschc.bandcamp.com/album/shrine
DeleteHaha, nein, ich trolle nie mit Absicht. Sorry, dachte "Shrine" war die erste EP. Das vor "Last Words" kenn ich alles noch nicht...
